Music

Music is Diverse at St. Paul’s! All Are Welcome!

The Adult/Youth and Children's Choirs along with Pipe Organ and Piano, enhance the worship services with the beautiful and traditional Episcopal favorites (choral anthems and service music alike) such as the music taken from the 1982 Hymnal.

In keeping with the Revised Common Lectionary, and broadening our experience and diversity, we have and continue to add music taken from supplemental Episcopal hymnals, and other musical and liturgical resources. If you like to sing, play an instrument, recite, dance, please join us in work, worship and fellowship! All ages and abilities are welcome.

Adult/Youth Choir

The Adult/Youth Choir

rehearses Thursday

evenings 7-9 PM.

Our Choir has a core group of enthusiastic, committed and talented singers who enjoy singing traditional two and four-part (SATB) music.

The wonderful acoustics of the sanctuary enhance the sound of any solo instrument and ensemble, all of which St. Paul's has in abundance.

We are blessed with having all these gifts, not just in instruments, but in the spirit of the people sharing their talents to enhance the worship services.

The Children's Choir rehearses Thursday evenings 5:00-5:30 PM or 6:00-6:30 PM.

The Choir also assists in leading the music in the worship serves throughout the year. Children from the surrounding communities are invited to participate.

The music literature is technically appropriate and includes the traditional classical sacred and contemporary music that is enjoyed by young people. This is a great place for children to develop musical skills as well as build their self esteem and social skills.
